The order process
Ordering products is simple and easy. The ordering process consists of a number of steps and your order is only completed once you’ve confirmed it.
Selecting a product
Choose your product, enter the quantity, and press the “add to cart” button.
You will then see that your product has been placed in your shopping basket.
You can place as many items in your shopping cart as you like.
When you are done shopping, click the “Continue to check out” button in your shopping cart.
In order to be able to process your order, we require some personal details.
Already have an account?
When you already have an account you can log in with your user name or email address and password. This way you don’t need to fill in the details.
Don’t have an account yet?
If you don’t have an account yet you can create one by selecting “Save my details for future use” on the left of the page and clicking “continue”.
You can also continue without creating an account by choosing “One off purchase. Do not create account”. You will receive your order confirmation by email.
Choose your shipping method and payment method.
First you choose an invoice address (step 1) and then a delivery address (step 2). You can create as many addresses you like. Next you will arrive at the screen “Shipping method” (step 3). Here you will see the shipping costs applicable to your delivery address. Then you can click “continue”.
You will now arrive at the screen “Payment details” (step 4) where you can indicate how you want to pay for your order. Only the payment options applicable to you will be shown.
Completing your order
The final step, “Check your order” (step 5), gives you an overview of your order and one more chance to check whether your order is correct and complete and is also where you can make any changes should you wish to do so. If your order is correct, click the “place order” button.
If you would like to make any changes just click the “Go back to your shopping cart” button.
Depending on your invoice and shipping address you can choose from the following payment options:
- Klarna Invoice
- Klarna Account
- Credit card (through PayPal)
- American Express
- Mr. Cash / Bancontact
- Sofortbanking / Direkt eBanking
- Bank transfer
Only the payment options applicable to you are shown.
All payments using PayPal, Giropay, Mr. Cash, iDeal and Sofortbanking are processed through our partner Icepay. Orders can be shipped as soon as the payment is processed.
Orders are sent as soon as payment is processed.
The shipping costs do depend on the shipping country and the selected shipping method. The shipping costs are displayed with each shipping method.
We do ship with PostNL, DHL and DPD. You will only see the applicable shipping options for your order.
Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are delivered within five working days. Orders to the rest of Europe are delivered within ten working days. Shipments outside Europe can take longer due to customs and import processing.
